| STAGE |
Laminam lives the meeting with youth entering the job market as a unique occasion for a knowledge exchange with new and stimulating interlocutors; this is why we are linked with local and international Universities and Business Schools.
Stages are dedicated to graduates and graduands and are one of the main entrance channels to Laminam: a true experience "on the field", that can prelude to a possible future employment in the company. Stages are linked to special projects to be implemented in the different company areas and generally last six months; a tutor follows the stagiaire during the stage to aid his/her integration within the company and to supply all tools and training needed.
